Key Responsibilities

The Village of Orland Park’s Sportsplex facility seeks an enthusiastic, responsible, friendly, energetic, sales driven part-time Certified Personal Trainer.  This highly visible role is responsible for building their own client base and conducting individual personal training sessions by promoting and selling their expertise. In addition, this position also works as a Fitness Instructor leading members through orientations and fitness assessments, as well as provides supervision and instruction on the floor to assist members in using the fitness equipment.  

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills

This position requires an enthusiastic self-starter who is not only sales-orientated, but who has the confidence and ability to build to their own client base by regularly reaching out to new and old members to invite them for assessments and training sessions.  Utilization of the fitness desk along with monitoring the floor is highly recommended to assist in meeting and securing potential clients.

 

Must be certified in barre format classes and available on Thursdays at 7pm. 

 

Must be customer service focused, motivated and have a positive attitude! 

Compensation & Benefits

Pay rate: $26.83 - $35.77 per hour, DOQ.
